By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (address, phone number, payment details) is accurate.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has begun.
• Prices and products may be updated without prior notice, but confirmed orders will never be affected.

• High Sapphire holds full ownership of product designs, photography, visuals & brand identity - duplication is prohibited without written permission.

• Wholesale terms differ from retail and will be provided upon request.

Candle Care & Safety Instructions

To get the best experience and longest burn:

1. Trim the wick to 0.5 cm before each burn.

2. Let the first burn melt the wax evenly to the edge - this prevents tunneling.

3. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

4. Keep away from children, pets, curtains & flammable materials.

5. Do not burn for more than 3 - 4 hours at a time.

6. Allow candle to cool completely before relighting or moving.

Treat your candle with care - it’s art, warmth, aroma and flame in one.

7. After the wax is completely melted and the candle has lived its life, the glass/mug/plate becomes yours to keep.
Just remove the warning sticker, give it a gentle wash, and it transforms into a reusable piece.
