Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, customer satisfaction matters greatly to us - if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving it with photos, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or solution.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind after an order is processed, but we will always work with you to ensure you are happy with your experience.
